Job Description
A National Welfare to Work Provider is seeking a Business Development Consultant to play a key role in the delivery of their Work Programme commitments. Your will focus on placing long-term unemployed clients into work who have been assisted to become job-ready by your colleagues and yourself. Day to day you will make contact with local employers, explaining how using the free Employment Service to help long term unemployed into work could be of benefit to them and the community. You will ensure placements are sustainable and stay in contact with your clients and the organisations’ you place them with.
To apply for this role you must have business development experience within Recruitment, Welfare to Work or the Apprenticeship schemes. Our client has a reputation for growing and developing staff, and are seeking candidates that ambition to progress quickly.
