Job Description
A large Work Programme Provider is seeking Employment Consultants to build and develop a caseload of clients towards sustainable employment. This will be a client-facing role with an element of employer engagement to generate vacancies and employer opportunities. You will initially assess clients, analysing their strengths and identify areas for improvement, providing them with support and assistance as required. Furthermore, you will assist with CV writing, job searching and help clients to achieve their goals of obtaining sustainable employment.
To apply for this role you must have worked in an IAG / Client focussed role before within Welfare to Work or Recruitment and be used to working within a target driven environment. This is a permanent position.
