Job Description
A Specialist Housing association in Surrey is seeking to appoint a Team Leader to manage a number of young people services including line managing at least 5 members of staff including Support Workers and Support assistants.
You will provide necessary training as required and day-to-day staff management. To apply for this position you must have previously worked at management level within a supported housing environment. Experience of mental health support needs is essential along with Supporting People experience.
An enhanced CRB disclosure is essential for this position.
