Job Description
A large Work Programme Provider with an office in Clacton is seeking an Employment Consultant to build and develop a caseload of clients towards sustainable employment. This will be a Client facing role with an element of employer engagement to generate vacancies and employer opportunities.
You will initially assess clients, analysing their strengths and means of improvement and provide them with training and guidance as required. Furthermore, you will assist with CV writing, job searching and help clients to achieve their goals of sustainable employment.
To apply for this role you must have worked in an IAG / Client focussed role before within Welfare to Work or Recruitment and be used to working within a target driven environment. This is a permanent post.
