Job Description
A subcontractor to the Government Work programme is seeking a Job Coach to join their growing team that focuses on the Kent region. Our client has had a recent increase in referrals and is seeking a new Job Coach to join the team on a permanent basis.
You will provide a tailored service to clients seeking employment, by setting up action plans, increasing motivation, developing soft skills and assisting with job searches. The largest part of this role is providing an advice and guidance service with a view to placing at least 8 clients per month into work. There will be an element of Business to Business sales to source vacancies directly from local employers and you should have experience of developing new business.
To apply for this role you must have a successful record of employer engagement and be equally well versed in Advice and Guidance.
