Job Description

A Registered Social Landlord is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to work on their Decant Project.

Managing a case load of properties, you will provide a smooth and effective decant process. Your key duties will be to work closely with tenants, setting up resident liaison groups and working with contractors and the RSL to ensure a smooth transition of tenants into temporary accommodation. Furthermore you will provide up to date information to tenants with regards to the progress of major works.

To apply for this position, you should have housing management experience and have previously worked in a resident liaison role.
