Job Description

One of the country's most well known Young People Support Providers has created a new position for a Life Skills Youth Worker.

You will have a good deal of experience working with young people, be self motivated and will be able to deliver key skills and life training. You will be required to run activity based learning sessions with groups of young people at risk of exclusion and set up personal development opportunities. You will also develop and maintain your own advisory skills which will be used to advise, inform and support young people in areas that will include careers, education and other general issues to ultimately provide employment and training opportunities.

To apply for this position you will be required to hold an NVQ 3 qualification which will be either youth or community based and an enhanced CRB Disclosure.
