Job Description

A leading midland based RSL is seeking to identify an experienced Development Manager to implement the organisation’s ambitious development programmes they already have in the pipeline.

The appointed candidate will be working at the heart of the expansion plans and have a proven track record of project management from inception to completion of affordable homes. You will be responsible for line managing development officers and ensuring that the delivery of their development programmes meet and exceed the housing corporation expectations. You will also have to identify and assess new opportunities and to ensure that all project developments are completed on time and within budget.

Excellent communication skills and a good knowledge of the housing corporation bidding process is essential in this role,

To succeed in this role, you will have a sound knowledge of the many issues affecting affordable housing and be experienced in project management.
