Job Description
A leading Housing Association is seeking a Rent Recovery Assistant to support their busy Income Recovery department.
Your key duties will be to read case notes and make recommendations i.e. referring to income officers, court, issuing letters and arranging interviews. Furthermore you will also provide administration support with regards to filing, photocopying and updating the database.
To apply for this position you should have good overall housing management knowledge with particular emphasis on Income Recovery and preparing cases for court.
