Job Description
An ambitious RSL is currently seeking to identify a development professional to assist with their development programme and to seek and secure new opportunities in accordance with their key objectives.
You will be responsible for taking the lead approach on new developments and new sites making sure targets are met and schemes are delivered on time and within budget. You will also have the line management responsibility of a small number of development staff who you will motivate and direct accordingly.
You will also represent the organisation in creating new and maintaining existing relationships with the relevant funding bodies.
To apply for this role you will have a proven track record of project management from inception to completion and a successful record of winning new business for previous employers. You will also demonstrate a sound level of understating of the technical aspects involved in the development process.
