Job Description

A national RSL is in the process of expanding their annual programme and are seeking to identify an experienced New Business Manager to seek out and secure new opportunities and to contribute in meeting their targets and objectives.

Your role will be to work closely with the Head of New Business in programming a strategic approach to acquire new land and to help maintain and create new and existing contacts with local authorities and other relevant funding bodies. You will be required to commute into the office a on a couple of occasions throughout the week but the majority of your time will be spent focusing on potential sites throughout the region.

To apply for this role, you will have a good understanding of the whole development process encompassing excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain relationships. You will also have a proven track record with previous employers in winning new business. Knowledge of Housing Corporation processes is essential.
