Job Description

A large West London Housing Association is seeking a Housing Manager to manage a Support and Housing Management service covering 10 schemes across West London.

You will lead a team of 10 Scheme Managers and oversee all care and support services that are provided, training staff as necessary in line with Supporting People. You will monitor and assess support plans and seek to develop relationships with external agencies. You will also manage the annual budget and monitor rent arrears, maintenance issues, voids and allocations.

To apply for this role you should have extensive experience of housing management including supported housing. An enhanced CRB disclosure and car driver is essential for this post.
