Job Description
A Local Authority is seeking a Visiting Support Officer to provide a housing support service to around 40 clients.
You will deal with initial housing management problems and act as the first point of contact. You will assist tenants with regards to Income Support, Housing Benefits, Council Tax and incapacity Benefits. Furthermore you will assist with housing management issues such as rent, maintenance and health and safety.
To apply for this position you must have experience of working with a wide range of vulnerable tenants in a similar position and hold an enhanced CRB disclosure.
