Job Description
A large Housing Association is seeking an Income Officer to deal with former tenant arrears and to make an impact on a backlog of cases.
Your key duties will be to contact previous tenants and ensure payment of arrears, negotiating payment options and setting up direct debits as necessary. This is a new position so ideally someone with initiative and good experience to provide new ideas would be beneficial for the role.
