Job Description

A large South-East Housing Group is seeking a Resettlement Officer for their South East London operation.

In this role you will be providing pre-resettlement and post-tenancy support to clients who have substance misuse issues. You will assist clients moving from supported housing into their own accommodation as well as providing advice, advocacy and assistance to develop a more independent lifestyle. This role will include advice to clients on issues including tenancy support and liaison with external agencies as required. It will also involve support plans and key working.

To be considered for this post you must have experience of working with vulnerable people who have suffered from alcoholism/substance misuse within supported housing as a housing officer. A current CRB check is required.
