Job Description

An experienced Supported Housing Manager is sought by a nationwide supported housing provider to manage and over see the supported services provide by the organisation.

Responsibilities will include managing the supported housing services which cover a range of vulnerable client groups from learning disabilities, mental health, young people, homelessness and elderly services. You will also be responsible for the tenancy management service provided by the supported housing department.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day service delivery to tenants (general needs/supported), working closely with the team leaders to ensure that agreed areas of supported housing management - referrals, SP assessments, etc - are undertaken correctly. You will also be involved in the development of service delivery and policy. Other responsibilities will include managing budgets, preparing targets, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures and the day-to-day management of staff.

To apply for this role you should have team management experience within supported housing, and a background in supported housing and staff management. A current CRB disclosure is required for this role.
